The legal profession of the future belongs to those who master not only the law, but the art of building paths where before there were only impasses.
Negotiation, mediation and conciliation are not mere appendages of the law – they are the backbone of sophisticated, strategic and truly effective legal practice.
It is with great honor that I assume the Presidency of the Conciliation and Mediation Commission of the OAB/SC, bringing with me the experience acquired over years of national and international practice. My mission is clear: to provide lawyers with the tools to become protagonists in a changing legal scenario.
Artificial intelligence is advancing, reshaping the way we interpret data and process information. But no machine will replace the human ability to listen, persuade, and transform disagreements into consensus. And it is precisely this relational intelligence that differentiates the average lawyer from the indispensable lawyer.
📌 In our Committee, we will not only discuss techniques – we will refine the essence of what makes a truly strategic lawyer: the ability to negotiate, to read scenarios and to build lasting solutions.
I appreciate the trust of President Juliano Mandelli of OAB/SC and invite those who wish to go beyond traditional litigation to join us.
